Claims (6)
- 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 및 열가소성폴리우레탄엘라스토머(TPU)가 중량비(PVC:TPU) 2~8 : 8~2로 혼합된 혼합수지를 함유하여 선박용 페인트에 대한 내성을 갖는 선박용 전선 피복용 복합수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합수지 100중량부에 대하여 무수말레인산 개질 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA-g-MAH) 5 내지 15중량부, 표면 개질된 무기난연제 5 내지 30중량부 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 함유하는 선박용 전선 피복용 복합수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 무수말레인산 개질 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA-g-MAH)는 비닐아세테이트(VA)함량이 40 내지 70중량%인 선박용 전선 피복용 복합수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 표면 개질된 무기난연제는 하기 화학식 1의 실란계 화합물로 표면 개질 된 수산화마그네슘인 선박용 전선 피복용 복합수지 조성물.[화학식 1]HS-R1-Si(OR2)3[상기 화학식 1에서 R1은 (C1~C30)알킬렌, (C6~C20)아릴렌, (C6~C20)아릴(C1~C30)알킬렌 또는 (C1~C30)알킬(C6~C20)아릴렌로부터 선택되고 상기 알킬은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄이고 탄소사슬 내에 불포화 결합을 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 아릴의 탄소원자는 N, O, S, P 및 Si로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 헤테로원소로 치환될 수 있으며;R2는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 (C1~C7)알킬로부터 선택된다.]
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,복합수지 조성물은 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 및 열가소성폴리우레탄엘라스토머(TPU)의 중량비(PVC:TPU)가 3~7 : 7~3으로 혼합된 혼합수지 100중량부, 비닐아세테이트(VA)함량이 40 내지 70중량%인 무수말레인산 개질 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA-g-MAH) 5 내지 15중량부, 및 머캅토프로필트리메톡시실란으로 표면 개질된 수산화마그네슘 5 내지 30중량부를 함유하는 선박용 전선 피복용 복합수지 조성물.
- 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 및 열가소성폴리우레탄엘라스토머의 중량비(PVC:TPU)가 2~8 : 8~2로 혼합된 혼합수지; 및상기 혼합수지 100중량부에 대하여 무수말레인산 개질 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA-g-MAH) 5 내지 15중량부, 표면 개질된 무기난연제 5 내지 30중량부 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 전선피복용 복합수지 조성물.
