Claims (8)
- 발진주파수신호를 생성하는 공진부; 및상기 공진부와 루프 회로를 형성하고, 상기 발진주파수신호를 동위상으로 증폭시키는 동위상증폭부를 포함하는 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동위상증폭부는에미터단으로 증폭신호를 출력시키는 트랜지스터 증폭기를 포함하는 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 루프 회로의 출력신호를 이득증폭시키는 이득증폭부;상기 이득증폭부의 출력신호를 커플링시키는 신호결합부; 및상기 신호결합부의 출력신호를 외부 라인 또는 접지단으로 분기시키는 스위치부를 포함하는 전압제어발진기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 커플링된 신호를 전달받아 발진주파수신호의 전력 레벨을 감지하는 신호검출부를 포함하는 전압제어발진기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 커플링된 신호의 전력 레벨을 파악하여 제어신호를 생성하는 제어부를 포함하고,상기 이득증폭부, 상기 스위치부 중 적어도 하나는 상기 제어부로부터 전달된 제어신호에 의하여 동작되는 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공진부로 전원을 공급하는 전원부를 포함하는 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공진부는TCXO(Temperature compensated crystal oscillator)회로로부터 제공된 발진주파수신호와 상기 공진부에서 생성된 기준주파수신호의 주파수를 비교하여 주파수 차이에 따라 제어신호를 생성하는 위상동기회로와 연결되고, 상기 위상동기회로로부터 제어신호를 전달받아 상기 발진주파수신호를 생성하는 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공진부는상기 동위상 증폭된 발진주파수신호 및 자신이 생성한 발진주파수신호를 합성하는 전압제어발진기.
