Claims (8)
- 제1항에 따른 이광자 염료를 관찰 대상이 되는 세포질 내로 주입한 후 방출되는 이광자 여기 형광 이미지를 관찰하는 단계를 포함하는 세포질 내 마그네슘의 실시간 모니터링 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이광자 여기 형광 이미지는 500-620nm 범위의 파장을 사용하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포질 내 마그네슘의 실시간 모니터링 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하기 수학식 1을 사용하여 세포질 내 마그네슘 이온의 농도를 정량적으로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포질 내 마그네슘의 실시간 모니터링 방법:<수학식 1>[Mg2 +] = Kd[(F-Fmin)/(Fmax-F)]상기 식에서,Kd는 본 발명에 따른 이광자 염료와 마그네슘 이온의 해리 상수이며,F는 측정된 이광자 형광 강도이고,Fmin 및 Fmax는 각각 최소 형광 강도 및 최대 형광 강도이다.
