Description
Claims (6)
- 바이오매스를 열분해하여 증기상 열분해 생성물을 제조하는 제 1 공정;및상기 증기상 열분해 생성물을 응축하여 액상 바이오오일을 제조하는 제 2 공정을 포함하는 촉매 열분해에 의한 바이오오일의 생산방법에 있어서,상기 제 1 공정 및 제 2 공정의 사이에 상기 증기상 열분해 생성물을 메조포러스 제올라이트 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 촉매 열분해에 의한 바이오오일의 생산 방법.
- 바이오매스와 메조포러스 제올라이트 촉매를 혼합한 후 그 혼합물을 열분해하여 증기상 열분해 생성물을 제조하는 제 1 공정; 및상기 증기상 열분해 생성물을 응축하여 액상 바이오오일을 제조하는 제 2 공정을 포함하는 촉매 열분해에 의한 바이오오일의 생산방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 메조포러스 제올라이트 촉매는 제올라이트 골격을 지니고, 1~30nm의 기공크기를 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 메조포러스 제올라이트 촉매는(A) 제올라이트와 염기성 수용액 또는 산성 수용액을 반응시켜 나노 입자를 지닌 전구체용액을 제조하는 단계;(B) 계면활성제 수용액, 양친성 고분자 수용액 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 자기조립 유도물질과, 상기 전구체용액을 혼합하는 단계;(C) 상기 (B)단계의 혼합물을 산 또는 염기를 이용하여 pH를 조절하는 단계; 및(D) 상기 (C)단계의 혼합물을 수열반응시켜 메조포러스 물질을 합성한 후, 그 생성물질을 여과, 세척, 건조 및 소성(calcination)시키는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의하여 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 메조포러스 제올라이트 촉매는 Ga, Pt, Cu 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 금속원소로 치환된 것인 방법.
