Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물 함유층 (50)이 정공 수송성 재료, 전자 수송성 재료 및 발광 첨가 재료의 혼합물로 이루어진 발광층 (50)이고, 제1항의 화학식의 화합물이 정공 수송성 재료를 제공하는 것인 유기 EL 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발광층 (50)의 정공 수송성 재료가 제1 이온화 전위를 가지고, 발광층 (50)의 전자 수송성 재료가 제2 이온화 전위를 가지며, 제1 이온화 전위와 제2 이온화 전위의 차이가 0.35 eV 이상인 유기 EL 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1항의 화학식의 화합물의 유리 전이 온도가 180 ℃이며, 제1항의 화학식의 화합물의 분해의 임계 온도가 제1항의 화학식의 화합물의 증착 속도의 임계 온도보다 높은 것인 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 함유층 (40)이 제1항의 화학식의 화합물을 포함하는 정공 수송층 (40)인 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 함유층 (30)이 제1항의 화학식의 화합물을 포함하는 정공 주입층 (30)인 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기층 (90)에는 정공 주입층 (30), 정공 수송층 (40), 발광층 (50), 전자 수송층 (60, 61) 및 전자 주입층 (70)이 순서대로 적층 포함되고, 한쌍의 전극 (20, 80) 중 한 전극이 정공 주입층 (30)과 접촉되어 양극 (20)이 제공되며, 한쌍의 전극 (20, 80) 중 다른 전극이 전자 주입층 (70)과 접촉되어 음극 (80)이 제공되는 것인 유기 EL 소자.
