Claims (4)
- 기판 집전체(10)를 수은이 용해된 20∼40%의 염산 수용액에 1∼5분 동안 침적하여 기판 집전체 표면에 수은을 도금하는 단계(S100)와;수은 도금된 기판 집전체(10)에 활물질인 아연메쉬를 3∼7겹 감는 단계(S200)와;기판 집전체(10)에 아연메쉬(20)를 감은 전극에 아연메쉬(20)의 이탈을 방지하고, 전기전도도를 높이기 위해 2군데 이상에 스폿용접을 하는 단계(S300)와;스폿용접된 전극을 0.5∼2kgf/cm2의 압력으로 프레스하여 평탄화시키는 단계(S400)와;프레스된 전극의 상하에 도출된 날카로운 메쉬를 제거하는 단계(S500); 및아연메쉬를 감은 전극을 12∼24시간 동안 30∼50℃의 건조기에 보관하여 기판 집전체에 도금된 수은이 아연메쉬로, 아연메쉬 중량의 0.5∼3% 전이되어, 아연메쉬가 아말감되는 단계(S600);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아말감 처리한 아연메쉬 음극을 적용한 산화은-아연 1차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아말감이 완료된 전극의 상하에 내알카리성 테이프를 2∼5mm 두께로 앞뒷면에 붙이는 단계(S700);를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아말감 처리 한 아연메쉬 음극을 적용한 산화은-아연 1차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 아연메쉬는,원포일 시트 두께 0.05∼0.3mm를 익스펜디드 머신(expanded machine)를 통과시켜 익스펜드 한 것으로, 최종 두께는 0.1∼0.5mm의 메쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 아말감 처리한 아연메쉬 음극을 적용한 산화은-아연 1차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 아말감 처리한아연메쉬 음극을 적용한 산화은-아연 1차전지.
