Claims (8)
- 서로 이격되어 대향한 하부기판과 상부기판과;상기 하부기판 하부의 백라이트와;상기 하부기판상의 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선이 교차하는 지점에 형성된 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터와 연결된 화소전극과;상기 상부기판의 하부에 위치하고, 상부기판에 접촉한 면을 아랫변으로 하는 삼각형상의 블랙매트릭스와;상기 블랙매트릭스의 하부에 상기 블랙매트릭스의 최대 높이보다 더 두꺼운 두께를 가지며 상기 블랙매트릭스 중앙을 기준으로 이격하며 평탄한 표면을 가지며 형성된 컬러필터층과;상기 컬러필터층의 하부에 단차없이 평탄한 표면을 가지며 상기 블랙매트릭스와 접촉하며 형성된 공통전극과;상기 화소전극과 상기 공통전극 사이에 충진된 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙매트릭스는 크롬(Cr) 또는 카본(carbon) 계통의 유기재료인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극은 인듐틴옥사이드 또는 인듐징크옥사이드인 액정표시장치.
- 하부기판의 상부에 박막트랜지스터와 이와 연결된 화소전극을 형성하는 단계와;상부기판의 내측면과 접촉한 면을 아랫변으로 하는 삼각형상의 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 블랙매트릭스의 하부에 상기 블랙매트릭스의 최대 높이보다 더 두꺼운 두께를 가지며 상기 블랙매트릭스 중앙을 기준으로 이격하며 평탄한 표면을 가지며 형성된 컬러필터층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 컬러필터층의 하부에 단차없이 평탄한 표면을 가지며 상기 블랙매트릭스와 접촉하는 공통전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소전극이 형성된 하부기판과 상기 공통전극이 형성된 상부기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하고 이들 두 기판을 합착하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 박막트랜지스터는 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 서로 이격하는 소스 및 드레인 전극을 포함하며, 상기 게이트 전극은 상기 액티브층의 하부에 위치하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
