Claims (5)
- 압축기, 응축기, 수액기, 팽창밸브, 증발기, 액분리기를 포함하는 자동차용 에어컨 실험 장치를 구성함에 있어서,상기한 부품들에는 온도센서 또는 압력센서가 선택적으로 또는 전부 설치됨과 함께 제1,2프레임(40,30) 상에 설치하며, 상기한 부품들은 ECU(68)에 의하여 제어되게 구성하되,상기한 제 1 프레임(40)은 하프레임(13)과 하프레임(13) 상부에 형성되는 프레임(11)을 포함하여 이루어지며, 하프레임(13)에는 압축기(1)와, 모터(12)와, 엔진과 같은 열원을 만들어 내기 위한 용도로 사용되며 온수를 저장하는 항온조기(65)와, 온수펌프(62), 전기공급장치(63), 엔진구동센서용 모터(64)가 설치되며, 하프레임(13)의 측부에는 수직으로 응축기(2)를 설치하며, 응축기(2) 한 측부에는 수액기(3)를 수직으로 설치하며, 또한 상기한 제 1 프레임(40)에는 지지대(54)를 수직으로 설치하여 제어반(69)을 설치하며,상기한 제2 프레임(30)에는 증발기(6)와 ECU(68)가 포함되게 설치하되, 상기한 제2프레임(30) 상부에는 증발기(6)와, 온도조절장치(67)를 포함하는 챔버(29)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에어컨 실험장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 부품들에서 보내온 온도센서와 압력센서의 데이터 값은 마이크로 컨트롤러에서 디지털 신호를 변환하여, 통신케이블로 데이터값을 컴퓨터의 데이터 기록 및 시스템 모니터링 프로그램으로 전송되게 하고, 그리고 전송된 데이터 값을 데이터 기록 및 시스템 모니터링 프로그램에서 시각적으로 볼 수 있도록 온도와 압력값을 표시하게 구성하여, 측정 부위에 있는 온도에 해당하는 엔탈피 값을 볼 수 있도록 하며, 에어컨 시스템의 냉동효과, 압축일, 응축기 방출열량, 증발잠열, 팽창밸브 통과 직후의 플래시 가스 발생량, 팽창밸브 통과 직후의 건조도, 팽창밸브 통과 직후의 습도, 성능계수 실시간으로 볼 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에어컨 실험장치.
