- 본체(11)의 후면에 요홈(12)이 형성되어 요홈(12)에 금속재 단자(13)와, 상기 단자(13)와 접촉되는 압지편(14)과, 압지편(14)에 척력을 제공하여 상시 단자(13)와 접촉되게 하는 압축스프링(15)이 끼워지며, 상기 압지편(14)의 상부에는 외부로 노출되도록 버튼(16)이 장착되고, 압지편(14)과 단자(13)의 접촉부위 상부에는 외부와 통하는 전선 삽입공(17)이 형성되어진 단자대에 있어서,상기 요홈(12)과 연통되어지게 단자핀(20)이 장착되어지는 핀 홀(18)이 형성되어지며, 상기 핀 홀(18)과 연통되어진 단자대(10)에 형성된 요홈(12)에는 단자(13)와 접지되어지게 판 스프링(30)이 장착되어 단자핀(20)이 단자(13)와 판 스프링(30) 사이에 끼워지게 되며, 상기 판 스프링(30)과 단자(13)의 안쪽면에는 판 스프링(30)을 지지할 수 있도록 지지편(40)이 구성되어지며,상기 단자(13)와 판 스프링(30)의 접지면은 핀 홀(18)로 단자핀(20)이 원활하게 장착될 수 있도록 라운딩(13a,30a) 처리되어 점상으로 접지되어지고,상기 지지편(40) 안쪽면에는 핀 홀(18)로 끼워지는 단자핀(20)의 핀부(20a)가 요홈(12)내에 완전하게 삽입될 수 있도록 요입부(40a)가 형성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 단자대 모듈의 단자핀 결합구조.
