Claims (5)
- 금속 몰딩을 프레스 성형하는 몰딩성형단계와; 그 금속 몰딩의 저면에 폴리아미드 70~80중량%, 석유수지 10~20중량%, 미네랄 오일 2~7중량%, 아미노 실란 3~7중량%가 혼합되어 이루어진 접착제를 도포하는 접착층형성단계와; 하부 성형틀 내에 금속 몰딩과 그 금속 몰딩의 내측에 위치하는 필름부재를 안착시키는 성형준비단계와; 상부 성형틀과 하부 성형틀을 형합시킨 후 그 내부 공간에 수지액을 주입하는 사출 성형단계와; 상부 성형틀을 분리시켜 하부 성형틀 내의 성형물을 인출하는 제품추출단계;로 순차 수행하여 필름부재와 금속몰딩이 사출 수지물에 의해 단일 구성품으로 제조되고, 사출 수지물이 윈도우, 투시부, 결합부 역할을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 몰딩을 갖는 엘시디용 윈도우 모듈의 제조방법.

- 내측면에 폴리아미드 70~80중량%, 석유수지 10~20중량%, 미네랄 오일 2~7중량%, 아미노 실란 3~7중량%가 혼합되어 이루어진 접착층(3)이 형성된 금속 몰딩(2)의 내부에, 투명의 윈도우(4)가 사출 성형에 의해 구성되고, 상기 윈도우(4)의 외표면에는 필름부재(1)가 융착 형성되게 하되,상기한 윈도우(4)는, 금속 몰딩(2)의 내측 공간부에 의한 투시부(4')와 금속 몰딩(2)의 저면에 위치한 결합부(4")가 일체로 사출 성형되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 금속 몰딩을 갖는 엘시디용 윈도우 모듈.
