Claims (3)
- 교량 상판의 이격공간부에 설치되는 교량용 신축이음부의 시공방법에 있어서,제1누수차단부재 및 제2누수차단부재가 접착수단에 의해 접착 고정된 신축이음부를 교량의 신축이음부에 설치하는 단계,상기 신축이음부를 설치 후, 균열예방을 위하여 탄성계수 200,000kgf/㎠과 인장강도 15,000kgf/㎠ 및 섬유직경이 8∼16㎛, 길이가 6∼12mm인 폴리비닐 알콜(Polyvinyl alchol)계열의 강섬유를 초속경콘크리트 또는 무수축콘크리트로 1㎥당 0.85 ~ 0.95kg을 배합하여 구 콘크리트층과 신 콘크리트층의 접합부와 신축이음부의 경계면에 매입되게 유공배수관를 설치한 후 현장 타설하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 교량용 신축이음부의 시공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1,2누수차단부재는 제1,2지지부재에 접착 고정시키되, 상기 제1누수차단부재 및 제2누수차단부재를 접착시키기 위해 접착제를 바르기 전 접착부위 표면에 에폭시프라이머를 도포하고 양생을 시킨 후, 비스페놀A(Bisphenol A)타입 점도 1500∼2500CPS를 갖는 주제와 모디파이 폴리아민(Modified Polyamine) 계열의 경화제를 2:1 비율로 혼합 분사하여 제1,2누수차단부재를 접착 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 교량용 신축이음부의 시공방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1누수차단부재와 제2누수차단부재를 각각 접착시키기 위해 접착제를 바르기 전 접착부위 표면의 습기제거를 위해 상기 제1,2지지부재의 표면에 열을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교량용 신축이음부의 시공방법.
