Claims (3)
- 고순도의 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산을 얻기 위한 세정 및 회수 공정에 있어서, 세정 공정은 (a) 슬러리 공급장치(1)로부터 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산을 포함하는 슬러리를 여과장치(2)로 슬러리 공급장치와 여과장치가 동일 압력으로 될 때까지 투입하는 슬러리 투입 단계;(b) 여과장치(2)에 공급된 슬러리를 원판여과필터(22)를 통하여 여과한 후, 1차 여과액을 여과액 저장장치(3)로 방출하고, 고상분을 여과기에 거르는 1차 여과 단계;(c) 용매 가열 공급장치(4)로부터 물을 여과장치(2)에 투입하여 방치한 후, 고상분과 여과액을 다시 여과하여 여과된 2차 여과액을 여과액 저장장치(3)로 방출하는 2차 여과 단계; 및(d) 용매 가열 공급장치(4)로부터 물을 여과장치(2)에 재투입하여 얻어진 슬러리를 슬러리 방출 라인(25)을 통해 세정된 슬러리 저장장치(5)로 이송하는 슬러리 이송 단계를 포함하고,회수 공정은 (e) 상기 여과액 저장장치(3)에 저장된 여과액을 냉각 및 여과한 후 여과된 액을 폐액 저장장치(7)로 이송하고, 여과액 필터(31) 위에 있는 고상분을 용매 가열 공급장치(4)로부터 투입된 물과 혼합한 후 2차 CNDA(불순한 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산) 조제장치(9)로 이송하는 단계; 그리고(f) 상기 세정된 슬러리 저장장치(5)에 저장된 슬러리를 원심분리기(6)로 액상분을 분리하여 고상분을 얻는 단계를 포함하고,상기에서 (a), (b), (c), (d) 및 (f)로 진행되는 공정과 (a), (b), (c) 및 (e)로 진행되는 공정은 일련의 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도의 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산을 얻기 위한 세정 및 회수 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매 가열 공급장치로부터 제공되는 물은 190 ~ 200℃의 온도로 예열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도의 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산을 얻기 위한 세정 및 회수 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 슬러리 투입단계에서 슬러리는 여과장치의 압력이 15~20kg/cm2로 유지될 때까지 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도의 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산을 얻기 위한 세정 및 회수 공정.
