Claims (6)
- 적어도 7:1의 몰비를 가지는 암모니아:오가노할로실란의 연속 스트림을 압력 반응기 내에서 160℃보다 높은 온도 및 110 bar보다 높은 압력하에 반응시키고, 80℃보다 높은 온도, 40 bar보다 큰 압력하에, 할로겐화암모늄 함량이 1 중량%보다 많은 최종 반응 혼합물이, 할로겐화암모늄 총량의 75 중량% 이상을 포함하는 상 A 및 오가노실라잔 총량의 80 중량% 이상을 포함하는 상 B의 분리된 2가지 상으로 구성되는 것인 오가노실라잔의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종 반응 혼합물의 분리 동안의 압력이 80 bar 이상이고 400 bar 이하인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최종 반응 혼합물의 분리가 암모니아의 임계점(132.4℃, 112.8 bar)보다 높은 조건에서 일어나는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상 B가 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 15 bar 이상의 압력으로 감압되어, 다량의 오가노실라잔 및 소량의 할로겐화암모늄을 포함하는 상 C 및 대부분의 암모니아를 포함하는 상 D로 분리되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 암모니아:오가노할로실란의 몰비가 적어도 7:1인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 암모니아와 오가노할로실란의 스트림을 압력 반응기로 도입하기 전에 예비가열하는 것인 방법.
