Claims (8)
- 열원로드(heat-source rod)의 제조기는,단열성 섬유재료가 결합제에 의해 결합된 단열웨브(heat-insulating web)를 공급하는 웨브경로와,상기 웨브경로의 하류에 배치된 포장부(wrapping section)로서, 상기 웨브경로로부터 상기 단열웨브를 받음과 아울러, 받은 상기 단열웨브의 편면(片面)상에, 가연성재료로 이루어지고, 또한 그 외주면에 복수의 축방향 홈을 갖는 봉상(棒狀)의 압출성형품을 더 받고, 이들 상기 단열웨브 및 상기 압출성형품이 상기 포장부를 통과할 때, 상기 압출성형품을 상기 단열웨브에 의해 연속적으로 감싸서 열원로드를 형성하는 포장부와,상기 포장부에 상기 단열웨브가 공급되기 전에, 상기 단열웨브의 상기 편면에 결합제의 용액을 분출하여, 상기 편면에 용액의 습윤밴드(wet band)를 형성하는 용액분출장치,를 구비하고, 상기 습윤밴드는 상기 단열웨브의 길이방향으로 연속하는 파형형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용액분출장치는,진동자로서, 상기 웨브경로의 위쪽에 배치되고, 상기 웨브경로를 횡단하는 방향으로 진동하는 진동부재를 갖는 진동자와,상기 진동부재에 설치되어, 상기 용액을 상기 단열웨브로 향하여 분출하기 위한 노즐과,상기 노즐을 향하여 상기 용액을 공급하는 공급원,을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 진동자는, 상기 진동부재의 진폭 및 진동수를 독립적으로 조정가능한 공기 진동자인 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 상기 진동부재에 이 진동부재를 관통하여 설치된 플렉시블 노즐(flexible nozzle)이며, 이 플렉시블 노즐은 상기 진동부재의 진동에 의해, 상기 웨브경로를 횡단하는 방향으로 왕복운동하는 선단(先端)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 포장부를 향하여 두루마리 종이(paper web)를 공급하는 공급경로를 더 포함하고, 상기 두루마리 종이는 상기 단열웨브와 함께 상기 압출성형품을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조기.
- 열원로드의 제조방법은,포장부를 향하여, 가연성재료로 이루어지고 또한 외주면에 복수의 축방향 홈을 갖는 봉상의 압출성형품, 및 단열성 섬유재료를 결합제에 의해 결합한 단열웨브를 각각 공급하고, 상기 단열웨브의 편면상에 상기 압출성형품을 겹치는 제1공정과,이들 단열웨브 및 상기 압출성형품이 상기 포장부를 통과할 때, 상기 압출성형품을 상기 단열웨브에 의해 감싸서 열원로드를 형성하는 제2공정과,상기 포장부를 향하여 상기 단열웨브가 공급되는 과정에서, 상기 단열웨브의 상기 편면에 상기 결합제의 용액을 분출하여, 상기 편면에 용액의 습윤밴드를 형성하는 제3공정을 구비하고, 상기 습윤밴드는 상기 단열웨브의 길이방향으로 연속한 파형형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제3공정은, 상기 단열웨브를 향하여 상기 용액을 분출하는 노즐을 사용하고, 상기 단열웨브가 상기 포장부를 향하여 공급될 때, 상기 노즐의 선단은 상기 단열웨브를 횡단하는 방향으로 왕복운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1공정은, 상기 포장부로 향하여 두루마리 종이를 공급하는 공정을 더 포함하고, 상기 두루마리 종이는 상기 단열웨브와 함께 상기 압출성형품을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 열원로드의 제조방법.
