Claims (6)
- 피시험밸브의 외주부 또는 이로부터 근접한 위치에 설치되는 제 1 음향센서;상기 피시험밸브로부터 이격된 위치에 설치되는 제 2 음향센서;상기 제 1 음향센서 및 제 2 음향센서의 검출신호로부터 주파수 스펙트럼을 분석하는 주파수 스펙트럼 분석기; 및상기 제 1 음향센서 및 제 2 음향센서의 검출신호를 표시하는 음향측정기;를 포함하며,상기 제 2 음향센서는 제 1 음향센서보다 상기 피시험밸브로부터 상대적으로 먼 위치에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브누설 진단장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 음향센서에서 받은 신호를 증폭하는 전치증폭기가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브누설 진단장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 음향센서에서 받은 신호의 레벨을 디스플레이하는 표시부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브누설 진단장치.

- 제 1 항 기재의 장치에 의해 밸브누설을 진단하는 방법에 있어서,1)주변잡음 측정시 제 1 음향센서 및 제 2 음향센서의 스펙트럼 차이 값(A)를 얻는 단계;2)밸브누설 체크시 제 1 음향센서 및 제 2 음향센서의 스펙트럼 차이 값(B)를 얻는 단계;3)상기 1)단계 및 2)단계에서 얻어진 값의 상호 차이 값(A-B, B-A)를 취하는 단계; 및4)상기 상호 차이 값(A-B, B-A)을 비교하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브누설 진단방법.
