Claims (18)
- 하나 이상의 중합체, 당해 중합체용으로서 비점이 100℃를 초과하는 하나 이상의 용매, 당해 중합체용으로서 비점이 용매(들)보다 높은 하나 이상의 비용매(기공 형성제) 및 친수성 점도 개질제를 포함하는, 다공성 중합체 막 제조용의 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트(screen-printable paste).
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매와 기공 형성제의 비점 차이가 30℃ 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체로서 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 용매로서 1,4-디옥산, 4-하이드록시메틸펜탄온 및 에틸 아세테이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기공 형성제로서 탄소수 6 내지 10의 장쇄 알코올을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기공 형성제로서 n-옥탄올, 2-메틸-2,4-펜탄디올 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, n-옥탄올, 2-메틸-2,4-펜탄디올 또는 이들의 혼합물이 5 내지 20중량%의 비율로 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점도 개질제로서 친수성 실리카 크세로겔을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실리카 크세로겔이 1 내지 10중량%의 비율로 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비닐피롤리돈/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(PVP/VA), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP) 또는 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제10항에 있어서, PVP/VA 또는 PVP가 0.1중량%의 비율로 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 효소를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트.
- 중합체용으로서 비점이 100℃를 초과하는 하나 이상의 용매(들)와 중합체용으로서 비점이 용매(들)보다 높은 하나 이상의 비용매(들)(기공 형성제)과의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계,제조된 혼합물을 균일한 현탁액이 형성될 때까지 중합체 속에서 혼합하는 단계,투명한 겔이 형성될 때까지 현탁액을 롤링(rolling)시키는 단계,친수성 점도 개질제를 투명한 겔에 첨가하는 단계 및점도 개질제가 균일하게 분포될 때까지 혼합물을 롤링시키는 단계를 포함하는, 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 스크린 인쇄 가능한 페이스트로부터 제조된 다공성 중합체 막.
- 제14항에 있어서, 바이오센서(biosensor) 시험 스트립내로 도입됨을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 중합체 막.
- 제15항에 있어서, 바이오센서가 혈당 농도 측정용으로 설계됨을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 중합체 막.
- 제15항에 있어서, 바이오센서가 헤마토크리트(hematocrit) 값 측정용으로 설계됨을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 중합체 막.
