Claims (15)
- 잉크와 직접 접촉하여 잉크를 가열하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드용 히터에 있어서,상기 히터는 백금(Pt)-이리듐(Ir) 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드용 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히터를 구성하는 이리듐(Ir)의 조성은 20~60 at% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드용 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히터의 두께는 500~2500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드용 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히터의 발열부분 면적은 200~500㎛2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드용 히터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 히터에 인가되는 입력 에너지는 1.0μJ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드용 히터.
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성되는 히터;상기 히터 상에 형성되는 것으로, 상기 히터에 전류를 인가하기 위한 도체;상기 히터 및 도체가 형성된 기판의 상부에 적층되는 것으로, 상기 히터의 발열부분 상부에는 토출될 잉크가 채워지는 잉크챔버가 형성된 챔버층;상기 챔버층의 상부에 적층되는 것으로, 잉크의 토출이 이루어지는 노즐이 형성된 노즐층;을 구비하고,상기 히터는 백금(Pt)-이리듐(Ir) 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 히터의 발열 부분은 상기 잉크챔버 내의 잉크와 직접 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 히터를 구성하는 이리듐(Ir)의 조성은 20~60 at% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 히터의 두께는 500~2500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 히터의 발열부분 면적은 200~500㎛2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 히터에 인가되는 입력 에너지는 1.0μJ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 챔버층 사이에는 상기 도체를 덮도록 보호층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 실리콘 질화물(SiNx)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 히터 사이에는 상기 기판과 히터 사이의 단열 및 절연을 위한 절연층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 실리콘 산화물(SiO2)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
