Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 폴리올과 과량의 디이소시아네이트를 1차 중합하여 예비 중합체를 얻고, 상기 예비 중합체를 유기 용매에 용해시켜 얻은 용액에 사슬 연장제를 첨가하여 2차 중합을 수행하여 폴리우레탄 중합물을 수득하는 단계 ; 및실리콘계 사차아민화합물을 상기 폴리우레탄 중합물에 중합물의 고형물 대비 0.1중량% 내지 10중량% 첨가하여 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 사슬연장제가 에틸렌디아민, 1,3-디아미노프로판, 1,2-디아미노 프로판, 1,4-디아미노 부탄, 2,3-부탄디아민, 1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,6-헥산디아민 및 1,4-씨클로헥산디아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 사슬연장제로서 1,3-디아미노프로판을 40몰% 이상 반드시 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디이소시아네이트는 상기 예비중합체에 대하여 1.56중량% 내지 4.29중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 폴리우레탄 탄성사를 포함하는 신축성 원단.
