Claims (8)
- 평균 입경이 75∼150㎛인 Cr : 3∼8질량%, Si : 1.5∼3.5질량% 및 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어짐과 함께, 600∼800℃에서 가열 소둔된 Fe 합금 분말을, 원하는 형상으로 압분 성형하여 얻어진 성형체를 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 연자성 부재의 제조방법.
- 평균 입경이 1∼45㎛인 Si 분말 : 0.1∼3.5질량%와, 잔부가 Fe 합금 분말인 혼합 분말로서, Fe 합금 분말은, 평균 입경이 75∼150㎛인 Cr : 3∼8질량%, Si : 1.5∼3.5질량% 및 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어짐과 함께, 600∼800℃에서 가열 소둔되고, 상기 혼합 분말을, 원하는 형상으로 압분 성형하여, 얻어진 성형체를 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 연자성 부재의 제조방법.

- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 Si 분말이 상기 Fe 합금 분말 표면에 바인더를 통해 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 연자성 부재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 혼합 분말이, 물 또는 에탄올 중에 상기 Si 분말을 분산시킨 분산액에 상기 Fe 합금 분말을 침지하거나, 또는 상기 분산액을 상기 Fe 합금 분말에 분무하고, 이 후 건조시켜 얻은 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 연자성 부재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 분산액 중에 상기 혼합 분말 100질량%에 대하여 1질량% 이하의 결합제를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 연자성 부재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 또는 청구항 5 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 Fe 합금 분말은, Cr : 6~8질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 소결 연자성 부재의 제조방법.
