Claims (6)
- 압축공기를 생성하여 세척할 배관에 공급하는 압축공기 공급부와;액체를 펌핑하여 세척할 배관에 공급하는 액체 공급부와;세척할 배관에 상기 압축공기와 액체가 설정주기로 번갈아 공급되도록 상기 압축공기 공급부와, 상기 액체 공급부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 세척장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압축공기 공급부는공기를 압축하여 압축공기를 생성하는 컴프레서와;상기 컴프레서에 의해 생성된 압축공기를 이송하는 제1이송관과;상기 제1이송관상에 마련되어 상기 제1이송관 내부의 유로를 개폐하는 제1전자밸브;를 포함하고,상기 액체 공급부는액체를 펌핑하는 펌프와;상기 펌프에 의해 펌핑된 액체를 이송하는 제2이송관과;상기 제2이송관에 마련되어 상기 제2이송관 내부의 유로를 개폐하는 제2전자밸브;를 포함하고,상기 제1이송관과 상기 제2이송관을 통해 이송되는 유체가 합류되도록 상기 제1이송관과 상기 제2이송관이 합쳐져 상기 세척할 배관에 연결되는 합류관;이 마련되며,상기 제어부는상기 제1,2전자밸브를 제어하여 상기 제1이송관과 상기 제2이송관을 통해 이송되는 유체를 상기 합류관을 통하여 세척할 배관에 설정주기로 번갈아 공급되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 세척장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 합류관상에는 상기 합류관을 통해 이송되는 유체 및 상기 합류관에 진동을 인가하는 진동인가수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 세척장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 액체의 이송경로상에 상기 액체에 세척약품을 첨가할 수 있도록 세척약품 공급부가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 세척장치.
- 유체를 배관에 투입하여 배관을 세척하는 배관 세척방법에 있어서,압축공기 및 액체를 세척할 배관에 설정주기에 따라 번갈아 공급하면서 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 세척방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 압축공기 및 액체가 이송되는 관로상에 진동을 더 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 세척방법.
