Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 유체 채널을 형성하는 벽;유체 채널에 대하여 원통형 대칭인 적어도 하나의 코일; 및상기 벽과 접촉하여 위치하며, 상기 유체 채널 영역에서 자기장에 의해 움직이도록 상기 코일의 자기장 내의 영역에 위치하는 피영향부를 포함하는 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일은 피영향부의 제1 측부에 제1 코일부와, 피영향부의 제2 측부에 제2 코일부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 코일부와 제2 코일부는 모두 유체 채널에 대하여 원통형 대칭인 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 코일부와 제2 코일부 사이에 전기 접속부를 더 포함하는 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 코일을 구동하는 전원에 대한 접속부를 더 포함하는 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전원은 상기 적어도 하나의 코일을 교류 전류로 구동하고, 상기 교류 전류의 적어도 하나의 파라미터를 조절하는 장치를 더 포함하는 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 교류 전류의 적어도 하나의 파라미터는 상기 교류 전류의 주파수인 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피영향부는 상기 벽 속에 매설되어 위치하는 영구 자석인 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일의 적어도 일부가 상기 벽 속에 매설되어 위치하는 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코일의 적어도 일부가 상기 벽 속에 매설되어 위치하는 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 채널은 제1 유체 특성을 갖는 채널이며, 상기 전자기 액추에이터는 제2 유체 특성을 갖고 상기 제1 유체 채널과 연결되어 펌핑 기구를 형성하는 제2 채널을 더 포함하는 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피영향부는 유체 채널에 대하여 원통형 대칭인 영구 자석인 것인 전자기 액추에이터.
- 유체 채널에 의해 형성되는 축선을 따라 연장되는 자력선을 갖는 자기장을 그 축선을 따라 형성하는 단계와,상기 유체 채널과 접촉해 있는 자기장의 피영향부가 움직이게 하도록 상기 자기장을 이용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 자기장을 형성하는 단계는 상기 축선을 따라 연장되는 제1 코일부와 제2 코일부를 사용하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 피영향부는 상기 제1 코일부와 제2 코일부 사이에 있는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 자기장을 형성하는 단계는 유체 채널의 벽 속에 자기장 코일을 매설하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 자기장을 이용하는 단계는 유체 채널을 형성하는 벽 속에 적어도 하나의 영구 자석을 매설하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 자기장을 이용하는 단계는 유체 채널을 형성하는 벽 속에 적어도 하나의 영구 자석을 매설하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 자기장을 형성하는 단계는 유체 채널에 대하여 원통형 대칭인 코일부를 사용하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 코일부와 제2 코일부를 전기적으로 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1 코일부와 제2 코일부를 서로 동일한 위상으로 구동하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 유체를 펌핑하도록 영구 자석의 움직임을 이용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1 특성을 갖는 제1 유체 채널;제1 유체 채널과 연결되며 제1 특성과는 상이한 제2 특성을 갖는 제2 유체 채널; 및제1 유체 채널에 대하여 방사상 대칭인 코일부를 구비하고, 상기 코일부의 자기장 영역 내에서 형성된 자기적 피영향부를 구비하며, 상기 자기적 피영향부는 제1 유체 채널을 압축하도록 작동하여 제1 유체 채널 내의 유체가 제2 유체 채널에 대해 펌핑되도록 하는 것인 상기 제1 유체 채널 상의 액추에이터를 포함하는 펌핑 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 코일부는 제1 유체 채널의 벽 속에 매설되는 것인 펌핑 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 자기적 피영향부는 제1 유체 채널의 벽 속에 매설되는 것인 펌핑 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 자기적 피영향부는 영구 자석인 것인 펌핑 시스템.
