Claims (10)
- 폴리머 입자 (A), 폴리머 입자 (B) 및 적어도 하나의 저분자량 폴리머 (C)를 포함하고, 여기에서a) 폴리머 입자 (A)는 Mw가 >50,000이고 산가가 0 내지 160인 고분자량 폴리머 pA를 포함하며,b) 폴리머 입자 (B)는 Mw가 >50,000이고 산가가 0 내지 160인 고분자량 폴리머 pB를 포함하고,c) C는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 비이온성 모노머를 중합하여 형성된, 이론 Tg,(저)가 10 ℃ 미만이고 Mn이 <10,000이며 산가가 0 내지 80인 부가 폴리머이며,d) pA의 중량 퍼센트는 분산물내 폴리머의 총 중량에 기초해 적어도 5%이고,e) (C)의 중량 퍼센트는 pA의 총 중량에 기초해 적어도 5%이며,f) pA는 (C)의 존재하에 형성되거나, (C)는 pA의 존재하에 형성되고,g) 폴리머 입자 (A)는 입자 크기, Tg, 산가, 조성, 분자량, 분자량 분포, 폴리머 사슬 구조중 적어도 하나가 폴리머 입자(B)와 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, pA 및 (C)를 포함하는 수성 분산물과 pB를 포함하는 수성 분산물을 블렌딩하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, pB가 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 모노머를 pA 및 (C)를 포함하는 수성 분산물의 존재하에서 중합하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C의 Mn이 <7,500인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C의 Mn이 <4,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, pA의 이론 Tg∞가 pB의 이론 Tg∞와 적어도 10 ℃ 차이나는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머 입자 (A)의 수평균 입도가 폴리머 입자 (B)의 수평균 입도와 적어도 50 나노미터 차이나는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)가 소수성 공극을 가지는 거대분자 유기 화합물의 존재하에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 폴리머 입자 (A), 폴리머 입자 (B) 및 적어도 하나의 저분자량 폴리머 (C)를 포함하고, 여기에서a) 폴리머 입자 (A)는 Mw가 >50,000이고 산가가 0 내지 160이며 이론 Tg∞가 적어도 40 ℃인 고분자량 폴리머 pA를 포함하고,b) 폴리머 입자 (B)는 Mw가 >50,000이고 산가가 0 내지 160며 이론 Tg∞가 -10 내지 30 ℃인 고분자량 폴리머 pB를 포함하며,c) C는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 비이온성 모노머를 중합하여 형성된, 이론 Tg,(저)가 10 ℃ 미만이고 Mn이 <10,000이며 산가가 0 내지 80인 부가 폴리머이고,d) pA의 중량 퍼센트는 분산물내 폴리머의 총 중량에 기초해 적어도 5%이며,e) (C)의 중량 퍼센트는 분산물내 폴리머의 총 중량에 기초해 적어도 1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리머 분산물.
- 제 1 항 내지 9 항중 어느 한항에 따른 수성 분산물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
