Claims (4)
- 제1 모재(31)를 고정시키는 바이스(32)가 구비된 고정수단(30)과, 상기 고정수단(30)의 양측에 간격을 두고 위치되며 상기 제1 모재(31)의 양단에 각각 대면되도록 제2 모재(51,51)를 클램프하는 회전척(52,52)이 구비된 한 쌍의 회전수단(50,50)과, 상기 제2 모재(51,51)가 제1 모재(31)를 가압하도록 회전수단(50,50)을 축방향으로 이동시키는 이동수단(55)이 구비되며, 상기 한 쌍의 회전수단(50,50)은 스플라인축(45)에 의해 서로 연결되며, 상기 스플라인축(45)은 그 외주면에 간격을 두고 결합된 기어(46)와 이와 맞물리도록 상기 각 회전수단(50,50)의 회전축에 결합되는 기어(46)에 의해 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰용접장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단(55)에는 비례압력 및 비례유량밸브(56,57)가 더 구비되며, 상기 비례압력 및 비례유량밸브(56,57)에 의해 상기 이동수단(55)의 이동속도와 미는 힘 그리고 정지위치가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰용접장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(30)은 한 쌍으로 이루어져 각각 좌우로 이동되어 간격조절이 가능하며, 이 고정수단(30)에 구비되는 상기 바이스(32)는 상기 제1 모재(31)의 양측에서 동시에 진입하여 상기 제1 모재(31)를 클램프하도록 가이드(33) 상에서 슬라이드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰용접장치.
