Claims (5)
- 상,하평면지와 상,하평면지 사이에 조밀하게 구성된 파형지를 접착시킨 골판지 제조방법에 있어서,상기 골판지 합지를 위한 전분류 접착제와 수용액을 혼합교반하여 상기 전분류 접착제를 수용액에 용해시키는 제1혼합교반단계;상기 전분류 접착제가 용해된 용액에 벤조산 나트륨, 벤조트리아졸, 폴리초산비닐 및 아질산나트륨을 혼합하여 교반하여 기화성 방청제를 형성하는 방청제 형성단계;상기 기화성 방청제를 상기 골판지의 평면지 또는 파형지에 도포하여 골판지의 구성성분인 셀룰로우즈에 침착시키는 도포단계; 및상기 골판지의 평면지와 파형지를 합지시킨후 건조하는 합지단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성 방청 골판지 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기화성 방청 골판지 제조방법은 상기 방청제 형성단계에서 형성된 기화성 방청제에 나트라졸a와 첨가제를 혼합하여 교반하는 제2혼합교반단계를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성 방청 골판지 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1혼합교반단계에서 전분류 접착제와 수용액을 중량비 2:3으로 혼합교반하고, 혼합교반된 용액 100중량부에 대해서 상기 벤조산 나 트륨은 2중량부 내지 10중량부이고, 벤조트리아졸은 2중량부 내지 10중량부이고, 아질산나트륨은 2중량부 내지 10중량부이고, 폴리초산비닐은 1중량부 내지 5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성 방청 골판지 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기화성 방청제 100중량부에 대해서 상기 나트라졸a는 0.2중량부 내지 5중량부이고, 상기 첨가제는 0.2중량부 내지 5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성 방청 골판지 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제2혼합교반단계에서 교반시 온도는 90도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성 방청 골판지 제조방법.
