Claims (1)
- 이송용 샤프트에 사용되는 서로 다른 재질의 내부파이프와 외부파이프를 접합하는 이종파이프(100)의 접합방법에 있어서,상기 탄소섬유강화플라스틱 재질의 내부파이프(120)를 얇은 스테인레스 강판 재질의 외부파이프(110)로 감싸며, 외부파이프(110)를 클램프(150)로 지지하여 감싼 상태를 유지하는 단계(S 210)와,상기 외부파이프(110)를 가열패드(180)로 가열하여 외부파이프를 팽창시키는 단계(S 220)와,상기 팽창된 외부파이프(110)의 접합부(140)를 롤러(160)로 눌러주면서 레이저용접기(170)로 용접하는 단계(S 230)와,상기 접합부(140)가 레이저 용접된 외부파이프(110)를 냉각시키면 수축되면서 내부파이프(120)를 조여주는 단계(S 240)로 이종파이프를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접을 이용한 이종파이프의 접합방법.
