- 삭제
- 삭제
- 양극, 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 발광층, 전자수송층, 전자주입층, 및 음극을 순서대로 적층한 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 유기전계발광소자에 있어서, 제 1 항 및 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물을 발광층의 도펀트(dopant)로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,Al, Zn 금속 착물 및 카바졸 유도체 중 어느 하나를 발광층의 호스트로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 삭제
- 제 8 항에 있어서,Al, Zn 금속 착물의 리간드는 퀴놀닐, 바이페닐닐, 아이소퀴놀닐, 페닐닐, 메틸퀴놀닐, 다이메틸퀴놀닐, 다이메틸아이소퀴놀닐기로 이루어지고, 카바졸 유도체는 CBP로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
