Claims (7)
- 입자 내부에 공극을 갖는 구형화 흑연을 등방적으로 가압하여, 입자 내부의 공극을 없애는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 부극재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구형화 흑연을 등방적으로 가압해서 성형하고, 얻어진 성형체를 해쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 부극재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X선 회절법에 의한 110면과 002면의 피크강도비(Ih110/Ih002)가 0.004이상인 구형화 흑연을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 부극재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구형화 흑연으로서, 인편상 흑연을 구형화한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 부극재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 얻어지는 흑연을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 부극재료.
- 제5항에 기재된 부극재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 부극.
- 제6항에 기재된 부극을 사용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지.
