Abstract

Claims (7)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 비수전해액 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.1∼10 중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서,전해액 조성에 사용되는 유기용매는 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이드, 디프로필카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 메틸프로필카보네이트 및 에틸프로필카보네이트로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전해액 조성에 사용되는 리튬염은 리튬 헥사플루오르포스페이트(LiPF6), 리튬 테트라플루오르보레이트(LiBF4), 리튬 퍼클로로레이트(LiClO4), 리튬 펜타플루오로에틸레술포이미드(LiN(SO2CF3)2), 리튬 비스펜타플루오로에틸레술포이미드(LiN(SO2C2F5)2), 리튬 트리플루오르메틸술포네이트(LiSO3CF3), 리튬 비스옥살레이오보레이트(LiBOB) 및 리튬 헥사플루오르아세네이트(LiAsF6) 로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리튬이온 이차전지, 알루미늄적층(Aluminum laminated) 전지 및 리튬폴리머전지는 양극활물질로 LiCoO2, LiMnO2, LiMn2O4, LiNiO2, LiNixMn(1-x)O2 (0<x<1)에서 선택되는 리튬금속산화물 또는 복합화합물(LiMlxM2yO2, 0<x<1, 0<y<1)을 사용하며, 음극활물질로 결정질 혹은 비정질의 탄소 또는 리튬금속을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지용 비수전해액.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따른 리튬전지용 비수전해액을 이용하여 제조된 리튬전지.
