Claims (12)
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, m이 1이고 n이 8 내지 10인 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세포침투성 Tat 펩타이드의 R은 라이신의 곁사슬 및 알지닌의 곁사슬로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 화합물.
- 촉매 및 축합제의 존재하에 유기용매 중에서 레티놀 또는 그 유도체를 피부침투성 Tat 펩타이드의 C-말단 또는 N-말단에 결합시켜 제 1항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 촉매는 피리딘 또는 트리에틸아민이며, 모노-메톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 아민에 대하여 1.0-2.0 몰배의 양으로 사용하고,상기 축합제는 N,N-디사이클로헥실카보디이미드 또는 N,N-카보닐디이미다졸이며,상기 유기용매는 디클로로메탄, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 테트라하이드로푸란 또는 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 Tat 펩타이드의 C-말단에 레티놀 또는 그 유도체를 에스테르화 반응 또는 아미드 반응으로 결합시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 Tat 펩타이드의 N-말단에 레티놀 유도체를 트랜스아미드반응으로 결합시키는 방법.
