Claims (6)
- 투입장치부에 의해 케이스 내부에 형성되는 처리실 내에 투입되고, 투입된 입자매체가 진동부에 의해 발생되는 진동력으로 수직방향으로 이송되도록 하는 스파이럴 엘리베이터가 케이스 내부에 형성되는 처리실 내에 수직방향으로 설치되고;상기 스파이럴 엘리베이터는 중앙관부 외주면에 나사산형태로 형성되며 입자매체가 이송되도록 하는 입자이송흠부를 구비하도록 형성되며;상기 입자이송흠부 하부는 나사산형태로 열매체가 순환되도록 자켓부를 형성하여 열매체 공급장치에서 상기 자켓부로 열매체가 공급되어 수직방향으로 이송되는 입자매체를 건조시킬 수 있도록 구성되고;상기 중앙관부에 다수개의 홀을 구비하고, 입자매체의 건조시 그 홀에서 열매체가 흘러나오도록 하며;상기 스파이럴 엘리베이터를 통과하여 건조된 입자매체를 냉각시키는 냉각부, 및 상기 냉각된 입자매체 중 불량 입자매체를 걸려내는 입자 분리부를 더 구비하고;상기 처리실 및 상기 처리실이 격리되어 형성되는 건조실의 배기는 배기 휀에 의해 배출되고, 상기 배기 휀을 통과한 배기에서 먼지를 제거시키는 집진 장치를 더 구비하며;상기 냉각부는 입자매체 투출구에서 떨어지는 입자매체를 이송시키는 냉각관을 포함하며,상기 냉각관은 그 내부에 다수개의 판을 경사지게 엇갈리도록 구비하여 상부에서 하부 방향으로 입자매체가 이송되고, 하부에서 상부 방향으로 냉각 공기가 공급되며, 상기 판이 진동부에 의해 발생되는 진동력으로 떨림이 발생되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 입자매체용 건조 및 냉각처리장치.
