Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 수소와 산소의 전기화학반응에 의해 전력을 생산하는 연료전지스택;발전원료를 수소가 함유된 개질가스로 개질하여 상기 연료전지스택에 개질가스를 공급하는 연료처리장치; 및상기 연료전지스택에 산소가 함유된 공기를 공급하는 공기공급장치;를 포함하고,상기 공기공급장치는외부 공간으로부터 상기 연료전지스택에 연결되는 흡입 통로;상기 흡입 통로에 설치되어 상기 연료전지스택으로 공기를 흡입시키는 제1 공기펌프; 및상기 제1 공기펌프와 상기 연료전지스택의 사이에 위치하면서 상기 흡입 통로의 내부로 유동하는 공기의 압력이 설정된 압력 이하로 유지되게 저감시키는 제1 가압 버퍼통;을 포함하는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공기공급장치는 상기 제1 가압 버퍼통과 상기 연료전지스택의 사이에 위치하면서 상기 흡입 통로의 내부를 유동하는 공기의 유량을 감지하여 상기 측정되는 공기의 유량에 따라 상기 제1 공기펌프를 작동시켜 공기 흡입량을 조절하는 제1 공기유량 제어기를 더 포함하는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공기공급장치는시스템이 설치된 공간의 외부 영역까지 연장된 상기 흡입 통로의 외부 선단부에 설치되는 외기 흡기통; 및 상기 외기 흡기통과 상기 제1 공기펌프 사이의 흡입 통로에 설치되면서 공기와 함께 유입되는 이물질을 필터링하는 필터를 더 포함하는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 흡입 통로는 상기 제1 공기펌프의 전방에 위치한 지점으로부터 분할되어 상기 연료처리장치로 연결되는 제1 구간을 더 포함하며,상기 공기공급장치는상기 흡입 통로의 제1 구간에 설치되어 공기를 흡입하는 제2 공기펌프; 상기 제2 공기펌프와 상기 연료처리장치의 사이에 위치하면서 상기 흡입 통로의 제1 구간에서 유동하는 공기의 압력이 설정된 압력 이하로 유지되게 저감시키는 제2 가압 버퍼통; 및 상기 제2 가압 버퍼통과 상기 연료처리장치의 사이에 위치하면서 상기 흡입 통로의 제1 구간에서 유동하는 공기의 유량을 감지하여 공기 흡입량을 조절하는 제2 공기유량 제어기를 더 포함하는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 흡입 통로의 제1 구간은 상기 연료처리장치의 구성요소 중에서 연소기 또는 일산화탄소 제거기 중 어느 하나에 연결되는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 연료전지스택을 냉각시키는 냉각장치를 더 포함하며, 상기 냉각장치는 열수요에 따라 물탱크에 회수된 물을 가열하는 보조버너를 포함하고,상기 흡입 통로는 상기 제1 공기펌프의 전방에 위치한 지점으로부터 분할되어 상기 냉각장치의 보조버너로 연결되는 제2 구간을 포함하며,상기 연료전지스택, 상기 연료처리장치, 상기 냉각장치으로부터 배출되는 잔여 공기의 배출통로는 상기 연료전지스택, 상기 연료처리장치, 상기 냉각장치에 각각 연결된 후 하나의 통로로 병합되어 외부 공간으로 연장되는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 흡입 통로는 상기 제1 가압 버퍼통의 후방에 위치한 지점으로부터 분할되어 상기 연료처리장치로 연결되는 제3 구간을 더 포함하며,상기 공기공급장치는상기 제1 가압 버퍼통과 상기 연료처리장치의 사이에 위치하면서 상기 흡입 통로의 제3 구간에서 유동하는 공기의 유량을 감지하여 공기 흡입량을 조절하는 제3 공기유량 제어기를 더 포함하는 연료전지 시스템.
