Claims (5)
- 입력전압을 출력전압으로 변환하여 로직회로를 구동하는 데 필요한 전원을 제공하며, 디스플레이 장치 내 잔상을 제거하기 위한 게이트 드라이버 회로에 있어서,상기 입력전압 및 기준 전위와 커플된(coupled) 제1 축전기;상기 입력전압을 수신하는 음극단자(anode terminal)를 구비하는 다이오드;상기 다이오드의 양극단자(cathode terminal) 및 상기 기준 전위와 커플된 제2 축전기; 및상기 다이오드의 상기 양극에 커플되어 상기 로직회로를 위한 상기 출력전압을 생성하는 조정회로(regulator circuit)를 포함하는 게이트 드라이버 회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 축전기는 상기 게이트 드라이버 회로에 의해 생성되는 고주파수 서지(surge) 및 고주파수 노이즈(noise)를 제거하는 데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 드라이버 회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 다이오드는 쇼트키 다이오드(Schottky diode)인 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 드라이버 회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 축전기는 전해질 축전기(electrolytic capacitor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 드라이버 회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 조정회로는 집적조정회로(integrated regulator circuit)인 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 드라이버 회로.
