Claims (8)
- 700 ~ 1200 ℃ 범위내에서 집전체 표면을 탄소함유기체를 포함하는 기체혼합물과 접촉시켜 상기 집전체 표면에 0.023㎛ ~ 1.086㎛ 두께의 탄소박막을 형성시키는 것을 포함하는 박막 전극의 제조방법으로서,상기 탄소박막의 두께는 상기 온도의 제어로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전극의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소박막의 두께는 상기 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전극의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는 스테인레스 스틸(SUS), 탄소(grassy carbon), 티타늄(Ti), 및 니켈(Ni) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소함유기체는 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체혼합물에는 아르곤(Ar) 가스가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전극의 제조방법.
- 음극, 양극 및 이온전도체를 구비한 리튬이차전지에 있어서,상기 음극은 제1항, 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 박막 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
