Claims (20)
- 산소 원자에 의하여 1종 이상의 원소 M의 무기 산화물에 결합된 유기 인 함유기를 포함하는 작용화된 물질로서, 상기 물질은 무정형이고, 상기 무기 산화물의 산소 원자에 의하여 인 원자에서 상기 산화물에 결합된 유기기의 단일 분자층을 주로 포함하며, 상기 작용화된 물질의 인산염, 포스포네이트 또는 포스피네이트 상에 존재하는 인 원자의 수가 상기 물질 중에 존재하는 인 원자의 총 수의 10% 미만이고, 상기 M이 주기율표의 ⅠB, ⅡB, ⅢB, ⅣB, ⅤB, ⅥB, ⅦB, Ⅷ, ⅢA, ⅣA 족, 란탄족 또는 악티늄족 원소를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 작용화된 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인 원자로부터 떨어져 있는 황 함유기 또는 황 함유기로 변형될 수 있는 반응기를 포함하며, 상기 작용화된 물질의 설페이트 상에 존재하는 황 원자의 수가 상기 물질 중에 존재하는 황 원자의 총 수의 10% 미만인 작용화된 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 황 함유기가 티올 및 이것의 유도체, 및 설폰산기 및 이의 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 작용화된 물질.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 황 함유기가 화학식 -SH인 티올기, 화학식 -S-R1(식중, R1은 탄화수소 잔기임)의 설파이드기, 및 화학식 -(S)y-R1(식중, y는 2이상의 수이고, R1은 탄화수소 잔기임)의 폴리설파이드기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물질.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 황 함유기가 화학식 -SO3H의 설폰산기, 화학식 -SO3R1(식 중, R1은 탄화수소 잔기임)의 유기 설포네이트기, 및 화학식 -SO3(M')1/t(식 중, M'은 주기율표에서 원자가가 t인 원소)의 무기 설포네이트기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물질.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 인 함유기를 황 함유기에 결합시키는 탄화수소 사슬이 1∼24개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 물질.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 인 함유기를 황 함유기에 결합시키는 탄화수소 사슬이 방향족 사슬 또는 지방족 사슬인 물질.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, M이 티탄, 지르코늄, 철, 알루미늄, 규소 및 주석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소로부터 선택되는 물질.
- 액체 중의 원소 M의 1 이상의 무기 산화물 현탁액과 용매 중의 하기 화학식 1의 1 이상의 인 함유 화합물의 1종 이상의 용액을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 작용화된 물질의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 접촉이 상기 작용화된 물질의 인산염, 포스포네이트 또는 포스피네이트 상에 존재하는 인 원자의 수가 상기 물질 중에 존재하는 인 원자의 총 수의 10% 미만이고 상기 작용화된 물질의 설페이트 상에 존재하는 황 원자의 수가 상기 물질 중에 존재하는 황 원자의 총 수의 10% 미만이 되도록 하는 압력, 온도 및 매질의 산도 조건하에서 수행되고, 상기 M이 주기율표의 ⅠB, ⅡB, ⅢB, ⅣB, ⅤB, ⅥB, ⅦB, Ⅷ, ⅢA, ⅣA 족, 란탄족 또는 악티늄족 원소를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:[화학식 1](상기 식 중, m + n + p + q의 합은 3이고, 이때 m은 0, 1 또는 2이며, q는 0, 1 또는 2이고, x는 0 또는 1이며, p는 0, 1 또는 2이고, R은 탄화수소기이며, X는 수소 원자, 탄화수소기 또는 화학식 SiR"3(식 중, R"는 탄화수소기임)의 기이고, Z는 이종원자를 임의로 함유하는 탄화수소기이며, Cat+는 1가 양이온이고, A는 황 함유기 또는 상기 황 함유기로 변형될 수 있는 반응기임)
- 제10항에 있어서, 액체중의 원소 M의 1종 이상의 무기 산화물 현탁액과 용매중의 화학식 1의 인 함유 화합물[식 중, Cat+가 양자 H+이고, R이 1∼18개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬기 또는 6∼18개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 아릴기 또는 7∼24개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬아릴기이며, X는 1∼18개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬기, 6∼18개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 아릴기, 7∼24개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬아릴기 및 화학식 SiR"3(식중, R"은 탄화수소기임)의 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, Z는 1∼18개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 포화 또는 불포화 2가 알킬기 또는 6∼18개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 2가 아릴기 또는 7∼24개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 2가 알킬아릴기 또는 아릴알킬기이며, A는 티올 및 이의 유도체 및 설폰산기 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 황 함유기임] 용액을 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 인 함유 화합물은 Z가 1∼6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 포화 2가 알킬기인 화합물인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 인 함유 화합물용 용매가 테트라하이드로푸란, 디메틸설폭시드, 디클로로메탄 및 물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 사용된 화학식 1의 인 함유 화합물이 m = 2, q = 1, n = p = 0인 화합물인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 사용된 화학식 1의 인 함유 화합물이 n = 2, q = 1, m = p = 0인 화합물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 M'은 알칼리 금속인 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 인 함유기를 황 함유기에 결합시키는 탄화수소 사슬이 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 물질.
- 제7항에 있어서, 인 함유기를 황 함유기에 결합시키는 탄화수소 사슬이 포화 지방족 사슬인 물질.
- 제9항에 있어서, M이 티탄, 지르코늄 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소로부터 선택되는 물질.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 인 함유 화합물은 Z가 폴리메틸렌기인 화합물인 방법.
