Claims (8)
- 상호 교차하는 세공은 산소를 12개 함유한 세공 및 이와 교차하는 12개의 산소를 함유한 세공 또는/및 10 내지 6개의 산소를 함유한 세공으로 이루어진 제올라이트를 촉매를 사용하여 삼량체를 제조하는 단계; 상기 삼량체를 수소화 반응하여 고비점알킬레이트를 제조하는 단계;를 갖는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상호 교차하는 세공을 갖는 제올라이트는 제올라이트 Beta, Al-rich Beta, 붕소 함유 Beta 제올라이트, 갈륨 함유 Beta 제올라이트, 티탄 함유 Beta 제올라이트, CIT-6, 실리카로만 이루어진 Beta 제올라이트 혹은 Tschernichite 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상호 교차하는 세공을 갖는 제올라이트는 제올라이트 Beta 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상호 교차하는 세공을 갖는 제올라이트는 수소형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반응 온도는 50 ~ 100 ℃, 공간속도가 0.5 ~ 100 h- 1 로 유지하여 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,올레핀의 전환율을 50% 이상으로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,올레핀은 이소부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수소화 반응에 사용되는 수소화 촉매는 담지된 Pd, Pt, Ru, Ni 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 촉매와 수소화제(hydrogenation agent)로 수소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비점알킬레이트의 제조 방법.
