- 허브 부품(14), 외부 링(16) 및 다수의 볼을 가진 볼 베어링(12)을 샤프트(10) 상에 고정하기 위한 샤프트-허브 조립체의 제조 방법에 있어서,허브(14)가 샤프트(10)에 끼워진 후에, 돌출부(24, 30)가 허브(14)의 축방향 표면(20)상에 놓여 축방향 변위를 방지하도록 돌출부(24, 30)는 샤프트 표면(22)의 소성 변형에 의해 형성되고, 상기 돌출부(24)는 이 돌출부(24)의 바로 앞에서 라운딩된 형상을 가진 오목부(26)의 롤링에 의해 형성되고, 롤링 공구(28)가 축방향 표면(20)에 대해 0°내지 45°범위의 각도 α로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트-허브 조립체의 제조 방법.

- 제 6항 또는 제 10항에 있어서,상기 돌출부(24)는 상기 샤프트(10)의 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트-허브 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(26)는 상기 축방향 표면(20)에 대해 0.5 mm 내지 1.5 mm 범위의 간격 a를 두고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트-허브 조립체의 제조 방법.
