Claims (4)
- 자동차 부품으로 제작하기 위하여 가공된 금속체를 담는 바렐과 상기 바렐을 탈지, 수세, 산세, 수세, 피막, 피막수세, 중화, 윤활 및 건조공정의 배쓰(bath)에 이동시키는 자동이동 시스템 장치와 각공정의 배쓰에서 발생하는 유독가스를 배출하기 위한 배기후드와 배기 닥트로 구성되는 배기장치와 세부공정의 각각의 처리제의 pH를 조절하여 주는 pH자동조절장치와 상기 각각의 장치를 컨트롤하기 위한 컨트롤 패널로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막처리 장치.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 각 공정의 pH값은 pH값 자동제어장치에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막처리방법.
