Abstract

Claims (3)
- 조작핸들부(1)와 몸체(2) 및 앞,뒷바퀴(3)(4)를 구비하는 보행보조기(W)에 있어서, 상기 몸체(2)의 양측 하부에 부착되어 뒷바퀴(4)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 고정원판(10); 상기 뒷바퀴(4)의 내면에 동심원상으로 부착되는 고속기어(20)와 저속기어(30); 상기 고정원판(10)의 외면에 회동가능하게 설치되는 브레이크드럼(40); 상기 브레이크드럼(40)의 중앙에 축설되는 제1기어(50); 상기 브레이크드럼(40)의 일측에 후진이 방지되도록 일방향클러치(C)로 축설되어 제1기어(50)와 치합되는 제2기어(60); 상기 고정원판(10)의 내면에 회전가능하게 설치되어 내,제2기어(50)(60)를 고속기어(20)와 저속기어(30)에 선택적으로 치합시키는 조절놉(70); 상기 브레이크드럼(40)에 스프링(S1)의 텐션을 받도록 내장되어 제1기어(50)와 일체로 회전하는 한쌍의 제동판(80)을 포함하는 보행보조기의 자동브레이크장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정원판(10)에는 고속,중립,저속상태를 각각 단속하는 단속공(11) 및 브레이크드럼(40)의 회동을 안내하는 안내장공(12)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 브레이크드럼(40)에는 안내장공(12)으로 끼워지는 안내봉(41)이 구비되며, 상기 조절놉(70)에는 안내봉(41)을 고속,중립,저속위치로 이동시키는 캠홈(71) 및 스프링(S2)의 탄력을 받으면서 단속공(11)에 선택적으로 끼워지는 단속볼(72)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 보행보조기의 자동 브레이크장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 제동판(80) 사이 중앙에는 아이들기어(90)가 치합된 상태로 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보행보조기의 자동 브레이크장치.
