Claims (10)
- 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스로부터 노출된 상태로 밀봉되어 있는 전극리드에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스와 전극리드의 사이에 수지 필름이 개재되어 있고, 상기 수지 필름과 접하는 전극리드의 표면에 수지 필름과의 접착력을 높이기 위한 요철부가 형성되어 있는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 고출력 대용량 전지 시스템의 단위전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 알루미늄 라미네이트 시트의 파우치형 케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 파우치형 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 요철부는 압연, 샌드블라스팅, SiC 페이퍼에 의한 그라인딩, 레이저 조사 또는 초음파 인가의 기계적 표면처리나, 화학물질에 의한 부분 침식의 화학적 표면처리로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 압연은 조질압연법(Temper Rolling Process)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 요철부는 기계적 표면처리와 화학적 표면처리를 병행하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 요철부에는 전지케이스의 상단면에 대해 0°(수평) 내지 50°의 다수의 그루브들이 만들어지도록 요철들이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 요철부에서 요철의 크기(골의 깊이)는 전극리드의 두께를 기준으로 1 내지 4%의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
