Claims (10)
- 복합소재로 이루어지는 철도차량의 차체에 있어서,상기 차체에는 차체의 강도를 확보하기 위한 다수의 보강부재가 일체로 형성되되, 그 보강부재에는 내장재를 고정하기 위한 다수의 결합공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 내장재가 설치되는 다수의 결합공이 형성되는 플렌지부와, 그 플렌지부와 차체를 연결하는 리브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보강부재의 플렌지부에 생성된 결합공은 내주연에 암나사산이 형성된 체결용 탭이 일체로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차체를 구성하는 복합소재는 강화섬유와 기지재료를 함침하여 반경화시킨 프리프레그를 적층하여 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 강화섬유는 탄소섬유, 유리섬유 또는 아라미드 섬유 중에 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 기지재료는 에폭시, 폴리에스터 또는 페놀 중에 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 차체를 구성하는 복합소재는 "I"자형 또는 "ㄷ"자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체.
- 강화섬유와 기지재료를 함침하여 반경화시킨 프리프레그를 적층시켜 철도차량 차체를 성형시에 강도를 확보하기 위한 다수의 보강부재를 동시에 성형하되 상기 보강부재의 표면에 펀치를 이용해서 원공을 생성하는 제1 단계와;상기 원공이 생성되면 그 원공에 내장재를 체결할 수 있는 체결용 탭을 삽입하고 동시성형하는 제2 단계;와상기 제2 단계를 거치면서 결합공이 포함된 보강부재가 일체로 형성되는 상부프레임이 완성되면 언더프레임과 결합하여 차체를 완성시키는 제3 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내장재 설치용 보강부재가 구비된 철도차량의 차체의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 철도차량의 차체가 완성되면, 내장재를 설치하는 제4 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량의 차체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 제4 단계는 브라켓을 내장재의 이면에 일체로 결합시킨 상태에서 브라켓의 타측부를 보강부재 플렌지부의 이면에 걸쳐 체결수단인 볼트를 브라켓의 관통공과 플렌지부의 체결공을 차례대로 관통시켜 결합 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량의 차체의 제조 방법.
