Abstract
Description

R8은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다.
Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 이미다졸 유도체:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에 있어서,R1 내지 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴 아미노기, 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기, 아미노기, 니트릴기, 니트로기, 할로겐기, 및 아미드기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, R1 내지 R6은 동시에 수소가 아니며,R7은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R8은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R1 내지 R8이 치환기에 의해 치환되는 경우, 상기 치환기는 -CN, 니트로기, 카르보닐기, 아미드기, 알킬기, 알케닐기, 아릴기, 아릴 아미노기, 헤테로고리기, 지방족고리기, -BRR' 및 -SiRR'R" 중에서 선택되는 1 이상이며, 여기서 R, R' 및 R"는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 독립적으로 C1~C20의 알킬기, C6~C20의 아릴기, 또는 C1~C20의 알킬기로 치환된 C6~C20의 아릴기이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,R1과 R2는 동시에 수소가 아니며, 각각 수소, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴 아미노기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R3 내지 R6는 각각 수소, 니트릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴 아미노기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,R7는 C1~C30인 알킬기 및 C6~C20인 아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R8은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 이미다졸 유도체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,R1, R2 및 R8은 C6~C20인 아릴기 및 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R3 내지 R6은 수소이며,R7은 C1~C30인 알킬기 및 C6~C20인 아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 이미다졸 유도체.
- 삭제
- 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 및 상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 배치된 1층 이상의 유기물층을 포함하는 유기전자소자로서, 상기 유기물층 중 1 층 이상은 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기전자소자:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에 있어서,R1 내지 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴 아미노기, 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기, 아미노기, 니트릴기, 니트로기, 할로겐기, 및 아미드기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, R1 내지 R6은 동시에 수소가 아니며,R7은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R8은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1~C30인 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6~C20인 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 산소, 질소 및 황으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원자를 포함하는 C3~C13인 헤테로 고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,R1 내지 R8이 치환기에 의해 치환되는 경우, 상기 치환기는 -CN, 니트로기, 카르보닐기, 아미드기, 알킬기, 알케닐기, 아릴기, 아릴 아미노기, 헤테로고리기, 지방족고리기, -BRR' 및 -SiRR'R" 중에서 선택되는 1 이상이며, 여기서 R, R' 및 R"는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 독립적으로 C1~C20의 알킬기, C6~C20의 아릴기, 또는 C1~C20의 알킬기로 치환된 C6~C20의 아릴기이다.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 전자 주입 및 수송층을 포함하고, 상기 전자 주입 및 수송층이 상기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기전자소자.

- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 정공수송층을 포함하고, 상기 정공수송층이 상기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기전자소자.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 전자주입 및 수송과 발광을 동시에 하는 층을 포함하고, 상기 층이 상기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기전자소자.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 유기전자소자는 유기발광소자, 유기태양전지, 유기감광체(OPC), 유기트랜지스터로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 유기전자소자.
- a) 치환 또는 비치환된 나프토퀴논의 탄소 2 및 3 위치에 각각 R7기를 갖는 아미노기 및 아미노기(NH2)를 도입하고, 이 아미노기(NH2)에 R8기를 도입하는 단계,b) 상기 a) 단계에서 얻은 화합물 중 R7기와 R8기가 도입된 부분을 고리로 연결시켜 이미다졸기를 형성하는 단계,c) 상기 b) 단계에서 얻은 화합물을 디알콜 유도체로 전환시키는 단계, 및d) 상기 c) 단계에서 얻은 화합물을 환원시켜 나프탈렌기를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 청구항 1의 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- a) 치환 또는 비치환된 나프토퀴논의 탄소 2 및 3 위치에 각각 R7기를 갖는 아미노기 및 아미노기(NH2)를 도입하고, 이 아미노기(NH2)에 R8기를 도입하는 단계,b) 상기 a) 단계에서 얻은 화합물 중 R7기와 R8기가 도입된 부분을 고리로 연결시켜 이미다졸기를 형성하는 단계,c) 상기 b) 단계에서 얻은 화합물을 환원시켜 나프탈렌기를 생성하는 단계,d) 상기 c) 단계에서 얻은 화합물의 탄소 8, 9 위치에 브로모기를 도입하는 단계, 및e) 보론산을 이용하여, 상기 d) 단계에서 얻은 화합물의 브로모기가 도입된 위치에 치환기를 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 청구항 1의 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조 방법.
