Claims (8)
- 컨덴서가 충전을 행하기 위한 가변 전류원과,상기 컨덴서가 충전을 행하기 위한 상기 가변 전류원의 전류량을, 제1 전압 및 제2 전압의 차전압에 따른 전류량으로 조정하는 전류량 조정부와,상기 컨덴서의 일단측에 발생하는 충전 전압과 기준 전압과의 대소를 비교하는 비교부와,상기 충전 전압이 상기 기준 전압을 초과했을 때의 상기 비교부의 비교 결과에 따라서, 상기 컨덴서의 충전 전압을 방전시키는 방전부를 갖고,상기 비교부로부터 상기 제1 전압 및 상기 제2 전압의 차전압에 따른 주파수 신호를 얻는 전압-주파수 변환 장치로서,상기 기준 전압을 변동시키는 기준 전압 변동부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기준 전압 변동부는, 미리 정해진 전압의 범위 내에서, 상기 기준 전압을 주기적으로 변동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기준 전압은, 각 주기에서 상승 및 하강을 반복하는 계단 파형의 전압 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기준 전압 변동부는,전압 V1과,상기 전압 V1보다 전압값이 작은 전압 V2와,제1 컨덴서와,상기 제1 컨덴서보다 용량값이 작은 제2 컨덴서와,상기 제2 컨덴서의 용량값을 단위로 하여, 상기 전압 V2측으로부터 상기 전압 V1측으로 상기 제1 컨덴서를 충전시키기 위한 제1 스위치 회로와,상기 제2 컨덴서의 용량값을 단위로 하여, 상기 전압 V1측으로부터 상기 전압 V2측으로 상기 제1 컨덴서를 방전시키기 위한 제2 스위치 회로와,상기 제1 스위치 회로 및 상기 제2 스위치 회로의 스위치 타이밍을 제어하는 타이밍 제어 회로를 갖고,상기 제1 컨덴서의 일단에 나타나는 충방전 전압을 상기 기준 전압으로서 상기 비교부에 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기준 전압 변동부는,전압 V1과,상기 전압 V1보다 전압값이 작은 전압 V2와,제1 컨덴서와,상기 제1 컨덴서보다 용량값이 작은 제2 컨덴서와,상기 전압 V1과, 충방전 전압이 나타나는 상기 제2 컨덴서의 일단과의 사이에 접속된 제1 스위치 소자와,상기 전압 V2와, 상기 제2 컨덴서의 일단과의 사이에 접속된 제2 스위치 소자와,충방전 전압이 나타나는 상기 제1 컨덴서의 일단 및 상기 제2 컨덴서의 일단 사이에 접속된 제3 스위치 소자와,상기 제1 내지 제3 스위치 소자의 스위치 타이밍을 제어하는 타이밍 제어 회로를 갖고,상기 타이밍 제어 회로는, 제1 주기로 상기 제1 스위치 소자 및 상기 제2 스위치 소자를 상보적으로 스위칭함과 함께, 상기 제1 주기보다 짧은 제2 주기로 상기 제3 스위치 소자를 스위칭하고,상기 제1 컨덴서의 일단에 나타나는 충방전 전압을 상기 기준 전압으로 하여 상기 비교부에 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,소정 주파수의 클럭 신호에 동기하여 동작하는 집적 회로에 내장되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전압 및 상기 제2 전압은, 이차 전지의 전류가 흐르는 검출 저항의 양단에 나타나는 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압-주파수 변환 장치.
