Claims (11)
- 간섭 회피 방법에 있어서,프레임의 적어도 일부를 복수의 리소스 블록들(resource blocks)로 분할하는 단계로서, 각 리소스 블록은 복수의 원격 유닛들로의 전송을 지원할 수 있는, 상기 분할 단계;특정 섹터에 대해서, 상기 섹터의 리소스 블록의 시작 근처에서 시작하여 상기 리소스 블록이 더 이상 전송들을 지원할 수 없는 지점까지 원격 유닛들로의 전송들을 스케줄링하는 단계로서, 상기 지점을 넘어서는, 다른 섹터들에 할당된 리소스 블록들 내에서 추가의 전송들이 전송되도록 스케줄링되는, 상기 전송들을 스케줄링하는 단계를 포함하는, 간섭 회피 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프레임의 적어도 일부를 복수의 리소스 블록들로 분할하는 단계는 상기 프레임의 적어도 일부를 논리 채널들, IFDMA 채널화 부호들, 타임 슬롯들, 주파수 서브-채널들, 직교 부호들, 및 확산 부호들의 어떤 조합으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 취해진 복수의 리소스 블록들로 분할하는 단계를 포함하는, 간섭 회피 방법.

- 장치에 있어서,복수의 섹터들; 및프레임의 적어도 일부를 복수의 리소스 블록들로 분할하고 상기 통신 시스템 내 각 섹터를 특정 리소스 블록에 할당하는 기지국 제어기를 포함하고,특정 섹터에 대해서, 상기 기지국 제어기는 상기 섹터의 리소스 블록의 시작 부근에서 시작하여 상기 리소스 블록이 더 이상 전송들을 지원할 수 없는 지점까지 원격 유닛들로의 전송들을 스케줄링하고, 상기 지점을 넘어서는, 다른 섹터들에 할당된 리소스 블록들 내에서 추가의 전송들이 전송되도록 상기 제어기에 의해 스케줄링되는, 장치.
