Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 복수의 2차 배터리를 직렬 또는 병렬로 전기적으로 접속시켜 형성된 배터리 조립체에서 교체될 2차 배터리를 신규 2차 배터리로 교체하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법에 있어서,상기 신규 2차 배터리의 충전 전력량이 상기 교체될 신규 배터리 이외에 상기 배터리 조립체내에 존재하는 2차 배터리의 충전 전력량보다 작게 상기 신규 2차 배터리를 충전하는 단계; 및상기 교체될 2차 배터리를 상기 충전 단계에서 충전된 상기 신규 2차 배터리로 교체하는 단계를 포함하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 교체될 2차 배터리는 완충전 용량이 감소된 2차 배터리 또는 메모리 효과를 가지고 있는 2차 배터리인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 교체 단계는, 온도가 높은 상기 배터리 조립체의 부분으로 상기 충전된 신규 2차 배터리를 편입시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 충전 단계는 상기 신규 2차 배터리의 충전 전력량이 상기 교체될 2차 배터리 이외의 상기 2차 배터리의 충전 전력량보다 5 내지 20% 작게 상기 신규 2차 배터리를 충전하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 2차 배터리는 니켈-금속 수소화물 배터리인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법.
- 2차 배터리 교체 방법에 있어서,복수의 2차 배터리를 직렬 또는 병렬로 전기적으로 접속시켜 형성된 배터리 조립체내에서 교체될 2차 배터리를 선택하는 단계;신규 2차 배터리의 충전 전력량이 상기 교체될 2차 배터리 이외에 상기 배터리 조립체내에 존재하는 2차 배터리의 충전 전력량보다 작게 상기 신규 2차 배터리를 충전하는 단계; 및상기 교체될 2차 배터리를 상기 충전 단계에서 충전된 상기 신규 2차 배터리로 교체하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 배터리 교체 방법.
