Claims (10)
- 광 디스크와 같은 제거 가능 디스크형 기록매체에 디지털 정보를 기록하되,디스크에 기록하는 사용자 정보의 고정된 크기의 최소 패킷 크기인 패킷을 제공하는 단계와,데이터 영역에서 최소 패킷 크기보다 작은 최소 어드레스 가능 섹터 크기를 갖는 디스크 위의 연속적인 섹터에 상기 패킷을 할당하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 할당 단계는 결함 영역을 디스크의 예비 영역에 재할당하고 상기 패킷을 나선형 트랙을 따라 디스크에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 디지털 정보 기록방법에 있어서,예비 영역에서 대체 영역의 크기가 최소 패킷 크기보다 작은 대체 영역에 의해 결함 영역을 재할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보 기록방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대체 영역의 최소 크기는, 최소 어드레스 가능 섹터 크기와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보 기록 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대체 영역의 최소 크기는, 1회전 미만의 나선형 트랙을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보 기록방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,대체 영역에 대한 포인터를 포함하고 그 크기가 유동적인 결함 테이블을 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보 기록방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,공간적 순서로 결함 테이블에 있는 포인터를 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보 기록방법.
- 광 디스크와 같은 제거 가능 디스크형 기록매체에 디지털 정보 신호를 기록하되,디스크에 기록하는 사용자 정보의 고정된 크기의 최소 패킷 크기인 패킷을 나타내는 신호를 수신하는 입력수단과,데이터 영역에서 최소 패킷 크기보다 작은 최소 어드레스 가능 섹터 크기를 갖는 디스크 위의 연속적인 섹터에 상기 패킷을 할당하는 할당수단과,결함 영역을 디스크의 예비 영역에 재할당하는 결함 관리수단과,그 디스크의 나선형 트랙을 따라 사용자 데이터를 나타내는 신호를 기록하는 기록수단을 구비한 디지털 정보신호 기록장치에 있어서,상기 결함 관리수단은, 예비 영역에서 그 크기가 최소 패킷 크기보다 작은 대체 영역에 의해 결함 영역을 재할당하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보신호 기록장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 대체 영역의 최소 크기는, 최소 어드레스 가능 섹터 크기와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보신호 기록장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 대체 영역의 최소 크기는, 1회전 미만의 나선형 트랙을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보신호 기록장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,결함 관리수단은, 대체 영역에 대한 포인터를 포함하는 그 크기가 유동적인 결함 테이블을 기록하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보신호 기록장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,결함 관리수단은, 나선형 순서로 반복적으로 결함 테이블에 있는 포인터를 기록하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 정보신호 기록장치.
