Claims (4)
- 석재의 표면을 연마하는 석재용 연마기의 연마 헤드를 구성함에 있어서,이동이 가능한 프레임에 설치되는 모터(11);상기 모터(11)에 연결되어 회전하는 공전 회전축(12);상기 공전 회전축(12)에 고정되어 상기 공전 회전축(12)과 함께 회전하고, 상방이 개방된 원통형상으로 형성되며, 내측 원주면에 내륜기어가 형성되는 원통형상의 기어박스(13);상기 기어박스(13)의 내부에 설치되어 공전하면서 동시에 자전이 가능하도록 상기 기어박스(13)의 내륜기어와 기어들로 치합되며, 하단이 상기 기어박스(13)의 하면에 설치된 관통구를 관통하여 돌출되는 다수개의 자전 기어축(14);상기 기어박스(13)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 자전 기어축(14)의 상단을 회전이 자유롭게 지지하고, 상기 공전 회전축(12)에 고정되어 상기 공전 회전축(12)과 함께 회전하는 축고정판(15);상기 기어 박스(13)의 개방된 상방을 덮고, 상기 프레임에 고정되는 상방 덮개(16);상기 자전 기어축(14)의 하단에 고정되어 자전 및 공전하는 회전원판(17); 및상기 회전원판(17)에 고정되고, 상기 회전원판(17)과 함께 회전하면서 석재의 표면과 접착하여 석재를 마모시키는 연마판(10);을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 공전 회전축(12)에 스플라인(18)이 형성되고, 상기 기어박스(13)와 축고정판(15)에는 상기 스플라인(18)과 결합되는 스플라인홈(19)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석재용 연마기의 연마 헤드.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자전 기어축(14)은 상기 기어박스(13)에 상기 공전 회전축(12)을 중심으로 3개가 등각을 이루어 삼각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석재용 연마기의 연마 헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연마판(10)은 재질이 금속과 다이아몬드인 것을 특징으로 하는 석재용 연마기의 연마 헤드.
