Claims (10)
- 운전자의 활동 상태(activity state)를 분류하는 방법에 있어서,통계 분류기(statistical classifier)를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 통계 분류기는 C4.5, RIPPER 및 2차 분류기(Quadratic classifier) 중 적어도 하나이고, 운전 활동에 대응하는 제1 운전 상태와 비-운전 활동에 대응하는 제2 운전 상태를 적어도 인식하도록 동작하는 적어도 2-상태 활동 분류기로서 상기 통계 분류기를 구성하는, 상기 통계 분류기를 제공하는 단계;적어도 하나의 차량 조작 상태에 관한 센서 데이터를 수신하는 단계;상기 센서 데이터에 기초하여 상기 운전자 활동을 상기 적어도 제1 및 제2 운전 상태들 중 하나로 상기 구성된 통계 분류기를 사용하여 분류하는 단계; 및상기 차량의 운전자에게 이벤트를 송신할지의 여부를 결정하기 위해 상기 적어도 제1 및 제2 운전 상태들 중 상기 분류된 상태를 이용하는 단계를 포함하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운전자 활동을 상기 운전 활동에 대응하는 상기 제1 운전 상태로 분류하는 단계는:하나 이상의 차량들 또는 정지 물체들에 대한 차량의 위치 변경, 주차 운전(parking maneuver), 고속도로에 진입, 고속도로 밖으로 나감, 외부인과의 통신, 다른 탑승자와의 대화 및 엔터테인먼트 디바이스의 상태 중 하나에 대응하는 활동에 관여되는 때, 상기 운전자 활동의 상태를 운전(maneuver)으로서 분류하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운전자 활동을 상기 비-운전 활동에 대응하는 상기 제2 운전 상태로 분류하는 단계는:하나 이상의 차량들 또는 정지 물체들에 대한 차량의 위치 변경, 주차 운전, 고속도로에 진입, 고속도로 밖으로 나감, 외부인과의 통신, 다른 탑승자와의 대화 및 엔터테인먼트 디바이스의 상태 중 하나에 대응하는 활동에 관여되지 않는 때, 상기 운전자 활동의 상태를 비-운전으로서 분류하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운전자 활동을 분류하는 단계는 순간 센서 데이터(instantaneous sensor data) 및 이전 센서 데이터 중 하나를 사용하여 상기 운전자 활동을 분류하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분류된 상태가 상기 운전 활동에 대응하는 상기 제1 운전 상태인 경우 상기 차량 내의 상기 이벤트의 표시를 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하는 방법.
- 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하기 위한 2-상태 분류 장치에 있어서,적어도 하나의 차량 상태에 관한 센서 데이터를 수신하는 입력; 및상기 입력에 결합된 프로세서를 포함하고,상기 프로세서는 통계 분류기를 사용하여 상기 운전자의 상기 활동 상태의 분류를 결정하기 위해 상기 센서 데이터를 분석하고, 상기 프로세서에 의해 사용되는 상기 통계 분류기는 운전 활동에 대응하는 제1 운전 상태 및 비-운전 활동에 대응하는 제2 운전 상태를 적어도 인식하도록 동작하는 적어도 2-상태 활동 분류기로서 구성되는 C4.5, RIPPER 및 2차 분류기 중 적어도 하나이고, 상기 프로세서는 상기 통계 분류기를 사용하여 운전과 비-운전 중 적어도 하나로서 상기 운전자의 상기 활동 상태의 분류를 결정하고 상기 차량의 운전자에게 이벤트를 송신할지의 여부를 결정하기 위해 상기 활동 상태의 분류를 이용하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하기 위한 2-상태 분류 장치.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비-운전의 분류는 상기 차량에서 상기 이벤트를 가능하게 하는, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하기 위한 2-상태 분류 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 차량 상태는 가속기 페달 위치, 브레이크 페달 위치, 차량 속도, 방향 전환 신호 상태, 및 조향 휠 위치 중 하나인, 운전자의 활동 상태를 분류하기 위한 2-상태 분류 장치.
