Description
Claims (1)
- 유체 통로(2a)(2b)가 설치된 밸브 박스(2)와, 이 밸브 박스(2) 상부에 설치된 케이싱(7)(8)과, 이 케이싱(7)(8) 내에 배치되고 또한 상하 왕복 이동함으로써 밸브체(4)를 매개로 유체 통로(2a)(2b)를 개폐하는 밸브봉(9)과, 상기 케이싱(7)(8) 내에 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되고 또한 케이싱 상부벽(8a)과의 사이에 압축 공기 도입용 공간을 형성하는 피스톤(10)과, 이 피스톤(10)에 작용하는 힘을 증폭시켜 밸브봉(9)에 전달하는 배력(倍力) 수단(11)을 구비하고 있는 제어기에 있어서,상기 배력 수단(11)은 외측 단부가 피스톤(10) 외주부에, 내측 단부가 밸브봉(9)에 설치된 플랜지부(22a)에 각각 하방으로부터 접촉하는 동시에, 내측단 부근에 위치하는 수평축(26)을 중심으로 요동할 수 있도록 케이싱(7)(8)에 지지된 요동체(25)를 구비하고 있고, 상기 케이싱 상부벽(8a)의 외주부와 피스톤(10)의 외주부 사이에 압축 공기 도입용 공간을 밀봉하는 금속제 벨로우즈(bellows)(16)가 개재되어 있는 동시에, 밸브봉(9)은, 하부 케이싱(7)의 중앙 관통 구멍(13)에 활주 이동 가능하게 끼워넣어진 하측 돌출부(21a)를 갖는 대경 축부(21)와, 하단에 수나사부를 구비하고 이 수나사부가 대경 축부(21)의 상부에 설치된 암나사에 나사 결합됨으로써 대경 축부(21)에 일체화되어 있는 소경 축부(22)로 이루어지며 소경 축부(22)는 그 중간부에 대경 축부(21)의 상단부(21c)보다도 직경이 약간 작은 플랜지부(22a)를 갖고 있으며, 요동체(25)는 외측 단부가 피스톤(10) 하측의 대경부(10a)의 하면의 외주부에 일체화된 고리형의 피스톤 링(23)의 하면에, 내측단부가 밸브봉(9)의 소경 축부(22)의 플랜지부(22a)의 하면에 각각 하방으로부터 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어기.
