Claims (16)
- (a) 0.03 내지 10중량%의 용해된 고체 함량을 갖는 에피갈로카테킨 갈레이트 (epigallocatechin gallate; EGCG) 수용액을 5 내지 100바의 압력하에서 하나 이상의 막 모듈(module)에 공급하여 투과성 제거물 및 보유 회수물을 제공(이때, 보유 회수물내의 EGCG 농도는 공급 용액내의 EGCG 농도에 비해서 증가하여 막은 90% 보다 높은 EGCG에 대한 보유 계수를 가짐을 특징으로 한다)하는 단계;(b) 상기 투과성 제거물을 수집하는 단계;(c) 상기 보유 회수물을 수집하는 단계;(d) 선택적으로, 보유 회수물을 막으로 되돌려 재순환시키는 단계;(e) 선택적으로, 단계 (c) 및/또는 (d)의 보유 회수물을 농축시키는 단계; 및(f) 선택적으로, 단계 (b)의 투과성 제거물을 농축시키는 단계를 포함하는, EGCG 수용액을 농축시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,막 모듈이, 90% 보다 높은 EGCG에 대한 보유 계수, 5ℓ/m2h 보다 높은 투과물 유속, 및 50% 미만의 선택적으로 첨가된 유기 용매 및 임의의 불순물에 대한 보유 계수를 갖는 막을 함유하는 나선으로 휘감긴 형태의 막 요소인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,막에 대한 압력 범위가 10 내지 100바인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,막에 대한 압력 범위가 20 내지 35바인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,10 내지 60℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,EGCG 수용액이 물 및 임의의 유기 용매의 혼합물중의 EGCG 용액인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,혼합물이 70 내지 100부피%의 물 및 0 내지 35부피%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,유기 용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 또는 아세톤인 방법.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,막에 대한 압력 범위가 10 내지 100바이고, 10 내지 60℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,EGCG 수용액이 물 및 임의의 유기 용매의 혼합물중의 EGCG 용액이고, 막에 대한 압력 범위가 10 내지 100바인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,EGCG 수용액이 물 및 임의의 유기 용매의 혼합물중의 EGCG 용액이고, 10 내지 60℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,EGCG 수용액이 물 및 임의의 유기 용매의 혼합물중의 EGCG 용액이고, 막에 대한 압력 범위가 10 내지 100바이고, 10 내지 60℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,EGCG 수용액이, 70 내지 100부피%의 물 및 0 내지 35부피%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 혼합물중의 EGCG 용액이되, 유기 용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 또는 아세톤인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,혼합물이 90부피%의 물 및 10부피%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,EGCG 수용액이, 90부피%의 물 및 10부피%의 유기 용매를 포함하는 혼합물중의 EGCG 용액이되, 유기 용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 또는 아세톤인 방법.
