도 6은 자동차용 킥다운드럼의 열처리부위를 나타내는 사진
예를 들면, 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 킥다운드럼의 스플라인 부위 중심축선상에 고주파장치의 가열코일을 고정 배치하고, 공지의 회전지그상에 장착한 킥다운드럼을 회전시키는 방식으로 킥다운드럼의 스플라인 부위 전체를 균일하게 열처리할 수 있다.
Claims (3)
- 탄소(C) 0.32 ~ 0.38 중량%, 규소(Si) 0.15 ~ 0.35 중량%, 망간(Mn) 0.60 ~ 0.90 중량%, 인(P) 0.03 중량% 이하, 황(S) 0.03중량% 이하, 크롬(Cr) 0.20 중량% 이하와 잔량의 철(F) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 탄소강을 150 ~ 200℃/s의 냉각속도에 의한 제어를 통해 얻은 미세한 페라이트와 미세분산구상화 시멘타이트로 구성된 소재를 이용하여 제품 형상으로 주조한 후, 상기 제품을 회전 가능한 상태로 한 다음, 고주파 열처리 과정을 거쳐 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 킥다운드럼의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고주파 열처리 과정은, 주파수 : 150kHz, 출력 : 203kW, 가열시간 : 1.0 ~ 1.5초, 냉각시간 : 5.0초, 냉각유량 : 15.5l/min, 지그 회전속도 : 100 ~ 200RPM, 가열온도 : 900 ~ 950℃, 발진장치 사양 : 진공관 발진형식인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 킥다운드럼의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 고주파 열처리 과정시 사용되는 고주파 코일은 그 중앙부위 코일에 외 측 방향으로 돌출된 단차부를 형성하는 동시에, 고주파 코일의 상하부에 강자성체를 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 킥다운드럼의 제조방법.
